Big Boy Bed!!

On Friday, we moved Joseph to his big boy bed. We were a little unsure of how he would handle it but since we can't do much to the nursery until we get the bed moved, we had to go ahead and make the switch.

This picture was Joseph's last morning waking up in the crib. I think he was thinking, "you want me to sleep in what???"

Clay came over to help us with the crib and to move the bed since I can't lift much these days.

The nap was a success!! He got a little upset at the beginning but fell asleep and slept for his normal nap time. To celebrate, we met some friends for sno cones and then headed to the park (sadly, I didn't get any pictures of the sno cones...though we learned that Joseph loves grape sno cones just like his mom!)





All in all, it was a great day! Hard to believe my baby is sleeping in a big bed! He's done great so far, sleeping well at naptime and nighttime. Thankfully, he even realizes he can't get out until we come get him. Now, we just have to get the nursery put together:) 2 months to go!!
