James is a great eater and has thankfully mastered eating puffs (which took Joseph a while).

We had a crazy rainstorm in April that delivered large amounts of rain and resulted in some flash flooding in our neighborhood. Our street was completely flooded as were some other areas in town. Despite the improvements we made to our yard, it couldn't handle the intense rainfall...and our house flooded. Thankfully, the only standing water was in our sunroom which has brick floor.
There wasn't standing water in the boys room but James' carpet was completely saturated with water.

So, we were out of our house for a week...during Easter! Thankfully, we were able to stay a night at the condo of one of our friend's parents and then the rest of the time at friend of the family's condo. We were so thankful to get to stay in town while we got our house back together!
We got out on Saturday to go to the Cotton District Arts Festival. Joseph loved the train at the kids' area.
The usual good Friday Easter Egghunt was cancelled due to the heavy rain so we had an Easter Egg hunt on the front lawn after the Sunday Service.

James turned 10 months during our time at the condo so we had a little photoshoot. This one captures James' personality because he is ALWAYS grabbing at something!
