Our first stop was to the Science Museum. It was geared toward a slightly older child than Joseph but he still had a good time. I think he could have watched this first exhibit for hours.
Joey and Joseph both tried out the bed of nails.

Sweet James was just along for the ride:)
That night, we got to catch up with Luke and Jan Scott over dinner. Can't wait to see them again soon!
On Saturday, we headed to the zoo. The Sorgenfreis were in town and met us there for the morning.
Shelby hopped in our stroller for a little ride.
They had lots of great animals to see: giraffes, elephants, and 5 baby lion cubs!
We almost made the mistake of leaving without riding the train. Joseph kept talking about it so we got in line and took a ride on the train. Poor James was so tired he fell asleep!
Once we got home, Joseph was so tired after the long day and short nap in the car that he slept on top of Joey! It was a busy weekend but a fun time for us to spend together and with friends.
